Just wanted to share a view images from my interviews today...
The outer walls of Colegio Escolar Gabriela Mistral are covered by some beautiful murals.
This school is named after the Chilean poet Gabriela Mistral.
Virtue and Work. The national tree, flower, bird, the school's code of arms, typical Jinotegan dress.
I was leaving during recess and took some pretty sweet pictures of the kids jumping rope.
If this school looks nice, that's because it is. There is competition among parents to get their kids enrolled in this school.
